Mission

We are looking for a New Business Sales Associate to support the growth within the new business sector.

This role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and proactively contacting existing and potential customers to generate opportunities for the UK and export sales teams. Our ambition is to build and maintain strong client relationships while meeting business development objectives.

Key responsibilities:

•                 To proactively make and receive calls for the Company’s product portfolio to Key Distribution Customers/Installers/End Users within the UK, in line with defined sales targets.

•                 To develop sales opportunities through a defined list of Customers.

•                 To contact and maintain the Software Support Customer Database and to follow up activity.

•                 To proactively call and maintain a list of customers including all Branches and Key Personnel and to ensure all customer information is kept up-to-date in the Company’s CRM system.

•                 To develop a good knowledge of the Company’s product portfolio.

•                 To follow up on issued quotes to help increase market sales of the Company’s product portfolio.

•                 To maintain the Company’s CRM system with day-to-day activity, leads and opportunities.

•                 To participate in weekly sales calls and to attend quarterly Sales meetings.

•                 To conduct Sales administration tasks.

Profil

Qualifications/Skills required to succeed in the position:

•                 Proactive approach and proven track record making and receiving customer calls.

•                 Excellent sales and negotiation skills to motivate customers to adopt the Company’s solutions

•                 Understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate with customers in a professional and informative manner.

•                 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.

•                 Positive energy, openness, integrity, respect and values that embrace the existing high standards and quality already present within the Sales Team.

•                 “Can do”, positive attitude

•                 Willingness to learn, self-motivation

•                 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•                 Good organisational and time management skills

•                 Keen sense of customer satisfaction and customer relations

•                 High energy and strong focus on achieving set goals and targets
 

Highly valued:

  • 2 years of experience within an industry that sells IT / Technical products

Place of work:

  • Position based in Poole HQ.

  • Remote working after probation period

Hours of Work :

  • 40 hours per week (8.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday - 30 min lunch break)
